摘要
目的 观察疏血通联合甲钴铵治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床效果。方法 选取2013年6月-2014年5月在本院住院的60例确诊为2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的患者,将其随机分为疏血通联合甲钴铵组（治疗组）和甲钴铵组（对照组）。治疗2周后,比较两组的治疗效果和睡眠质量改善有效率。结果 两组患者的神经痛在治疗后均有改善,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%、50.00%,但治疗组疼痛改善比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的睡眠质量改善有效率分别为80.00%、40.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 疏血通联合甲钴铵对2型糖尿病痛性神经病变有较好的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxue Tong combined with mecobalamin treating type 2 painful diabetic neuoropathy. Methods 60 patients diagnosed as type 2 painful diabetic neuoropathy treated in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2014 were selected and they were divided into Shuxue Tong combined with mecobalamin group（treatment group） and mecobalamin group（control group）.After 2 weeks treatment,treatment effect and the effective rate of sleep quality improvement between two groups was compared respectively. Results Neuralgia of patients in two groups was improved after treatment,and the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 90.00%,50.00% respectively,but improvement of pain in treatment group was more obvious than control group,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of improvement in sleep quality in treatment group and control group was 80.00%,40.00% respectively,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shuxue Tong combined with mecobalamin treating type 2 painful diabetic neuoropathy has a better effect.
