摘要
[目的]为生产富硒紫色马铃薯提供技术支撑。[方法]采用随机区组设计在新都区进行了大田试验,探究在紫色马铃薯的不同生育时期喷施硒肥对其块茎硒、花青素含量的影响。[结果]喷施硒肥能提高紫色马铃薯块茎的硒含量,但不同品种适宜的喷施时期不一样,黑美人花期喷施更有效,紫云一号蕾期效果最好。各器官积累硒的能力有差异,块茎<根<茎杆<叶,叶片积累的硒能力最强,块茎最低。[结论]施用硒肥对黑美人花青素含量的影响小,但苗期施用硒肥在一定程度上可以提高紫云一号的花青素含量。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide the technical support for the production of Se-enriched purple potato. [ Method] Randomized block design was adopted in the field experiments in Xindu District. We explored the content of anthocyanin and selenium in purple potato after spraying selenium fertilizer in different growth stages. [ Result ] Spraying Se-fertilizer could improve selenium content in purple potato tubers, but the suitable spraying period of different varieties was different. It was more effective to spray in flowering stage for Black Beauty, however, it' s better at bud stage for Ziyun No. 1. The ability to accumulate selenium in various organs were different. Selenium accumulation ability of leaves was the strongest, stem was the second, root was the next, and tuber was the lowest. [ Conclusion ] There was little influence on the anthocyanin content of Black Beauty after spraying selenium fertilizer. However, it improved the anthocyanin content of Ziyun No. 1 to a certain extent by applying selenium fertilizer in seedling stage.
