摘要
社会主义核心价值观是一个有机整体,它兼顾了国家理想、社会制度保障和公民道德规范。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,正受到多元价值观相互激荡、市场经济和经济全球化的影响。因此,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,应该通过意识形态建设、社会制度创新、公民道德建设等途径,做到政策措施与法律规范相衔接,理论教育与实践养成相一致。只有这样才能让社会主义核心价值观融入人们的生产、生活和精神世界。
The socialist core values are an organic whole, composed of the state ideal, the social insti- tutional guarantee and civil ethics. Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values are faced with the interaction and conflicts of multiple values, and the impact of market economy and economic glo- balization. Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, therefore, should be done through the ideology construction to achieve the state ideal, through the social system innovation to provide insti- tutional guarantee, and through the citizen moral construction to win popular support. Moreover, policies need ：to be in concert with laws, while theory education and practice nurture need to be con- sistent. In addition, the socialist core values need to he integrated into people＇s production and living, and their thoughts.
