摘要
文章介绍了毛竹基因组学测序研究的时代背景,该研究是解决我国竹产业发展瓶颈中育种基础工作的需求,是组学时代促进竹类植物基础研究的结果,符合人类社会发展绿色经济的潮流。总结了该研究取得的成果,并对基因组数据的深度挖掘与应用研究进展进行了概述,包括数据库平台的构建、功能基因挖掘、分子标记开发、mi RNA的检测与鉴定等。最后,对竹类植物组学的发展提出了前景展望。
This paper introduced the background of genome sequencing of Phyllostachys edulis, which was to meet the need of solving the breeding bottleneck in China's bamboo industry development. It results from the basic research of bamboo promoted in plant genomics era and corresponds to green economy development trend in human society. The achievements of genome sequencing of Ph. edulis was summed up, and the progress of in-depth excavation and application of genomic data was overviewed, which included the construction of database platform, mining of functional genes, development of molecular markers, detection and identification of mi RNAs, etc. Finally, the development of bamboo genomics was prospected.
