摘要
苹果是我国第一大水果,我国是最大的浓缩苹果汁生产国和出口国。基于我国苹果种植业和苹果采后加工业的现状,分析了我国鲜销苹果规模化种植、采后贮藏,苹果产品加工及加工副产物综合利用等方面存在的主要问题,并针对上述问题提出了苹果种植及加工产业的发展建议。
China is a predominant apple production country, and the largest concentrated apple juice producer and exporter. Based on the current situation of apple planting and apple postharvest processing industry in China, the problems of scale planting, storage, apple product processing and by-product utilization were analyzed. Aimed on the problems above all, some suggestions for the apple industry were proposed.
