摘要
目的调查老年家庭病床服务的现状及患者的满意度情况。方法选取上海市黄浦区五里桥街道已经完成家庭病床服务的100例老年患者，通过问卷对病床服务情况进行调查，采用自拟调查问卷和满意度问卷分别对患者的家庭病床服务情况及服务满意度进行调查。结果45例为脑血管意外康复期，10例为慢性心衰二级以上，5例为慢性阻塞性肺疾病，8例为骨折，6例为恶性肿瘤晚期，11例为2型糖尿病，3例为慢性全身衰竭，2例为长期留置导管的重度尿路梗阻，10例为其他。23例患者家庭病床建立期间花费在1000元以下，49例患者花费在1000～3000元，12例患者花费在3000～5000元，16例患者花费超过5000元。患者满意度总分为（105．28±21．36）分，其中健康指导平均得分为（43．03±8．15）分，健康监测平均得分为（29．92±5．87）分，临床护理平均得分为（40．94±6．59）分。结论上海市黄浦区五里桥街道家庭病床服务良好，费用低廉，患者的满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the present situation of the family bed service and satisfaction of elderly patients. Methods 100 elderly cases from Huangpu District Five Bridge Street Community in Shanghai were investigated. The family bed service and satisfaction of the elderly patients were assessed by self-designed questionnaire survey on the bed service and satisfaction questionnaire survey. Results Among the 100 elderly cases, there were 45 cases with cerebral vascular accident rehabilitation period, 10 cases with chronic heart failure above grade two, 5 cases with chronic pulmonary acute attack, 8 cases with fracture, 6 cases with advanced malignant tumors, 11 cases with type 2 diabetes, 3 cases with chronic systemic failure, 2 case with long-term indwelling the guide tube with severeurinary tract obstruction, and 11 cases with other diseases. 23 patients spent 1000 yuan, 49 patients spent from 1000 to 3000 yuan, 12 patients spent from 3000 to 5000 yuan, 16 patients spent more than 5000 yuan on the family bed service. Patient satisfaction score was （ 105.28±21.36 ）, the average score of health guidance was （ 43.03±8.15 ）, the average score of health monitoring was （ 29.92± 5.87 ）, and the mean score for clinical nursing was （40.94±6.59）. Conclusions The family bed service of Huangpu District Five Bridge Street Community in Shanghai is good, the cost is low, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
