微胶囊化还原剂可擦除墨水的研制

摘要 以实验效果最好的靛酚钠盐染料作为墨水的色料,以抗坏血酸为漂白剂作为微胶囊的囊芯制备微胶囊.选择合适的壁材,确定最佳的芯壁比、搅拌速度、乳化剂的量、蒸发温度.利用扫描电子显微镜确定最佳微胶囊制备条件,并将所得微胶囊与相应的染料溶液混合,验证其使染料褪色的效果. The indophenol sodium salt which is the best effect in experiment serves as dye ink pigment, the microcapsules were prepared with ascorbic acid as bleach as capsule core. The appropriate wall material, the optimal ratio of core wall, the stirring speed, the amount of emulsifier and the evaporation temperature were choosed in this experiment.The optimum conditions of preparing microcapsules were determined by the scanning electron microscopy, and the microcapsules and the corresponding dye solution were mixed so that have been verifid the effect of the dye fading.
