摘要
碳纤维布加固受弯构件在达到极限承载能力之前,常常发生早期剥离破坏现象。在应用碳纤维布加固混凝土技术时如何控制其剥离破坏的发生已成为一个倍受关注的问题。为此,本文通过10根加固混凝土梁的抗弯试验,从正截面受弯承载力、碳纤维布强度、跨中最大应变、抗剥离机制4个方面研究了低强度混凝土梁在采用不同附加锚固方式时的剥离破坏形态。采取合理的附加锚固措施时,碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁的受弯承载力可以大幅度提高,梁侧约束钢板这种附加锚固措施效果最好。研究结论可为优化设置附加锚固方式来提高碳纤维布加固效果提供参考依据。
The phenomenon of early debonding failure of concrete beam component reinforced by carbon fi- ber sheer is easy to take place before the load of the component reaches its ultimate bearing capacity. How to control the occurrence of debond failure is becoming the key technique for the practical use of carbon fi- ber sheer. Therefore, in this article 10 beams had been tested to explore the peeling failure morphology of low strength concrete beam when adopt different ways of additional anchoring, with focus on four aspects including the analysis of normal section bending bearing capacity, the strength of carbon fiber sheet, the biggest deflection of mid-span and anti-stripping mechanism. The bending strength of low strength con- crete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets can be greatly improved by adopting reasonable addition- al anchoring measures. The effect bf the additional anchoring measures of setting steel plate on the beam side is the best. Some conclusions can supply reference for improving the strengthening effects of carbon fiber sheet.
