摘要
生物信息学是一门新兴学科,该课程开设时间较短,尚未形成完善的教学模式.结合南阳师范学院教学工作实际,分析课程教学中存在的问题,针对性地提出了"案例式教学"模式.即在教学实施过程中,以案例中的生物信息学知识为主线,采用多媒体网络教学,强化课程的实践应用,突显学生的主体地位,并对成绩考核方式进行了改进.
As bioinformatics is a new emerging discipline and set up not long ago,a perfect teaching mode has not been formed. Combined with practical teaching work,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in course teaching,and pertinently puts forward "case-based teaching method". In other words,in implementing teaching,we should take the knowledge of bioinformatics in cases as the principal line,teach with multi-media network,intensify the practical application of courses,highlight the dominant role of students,and improve the achievement appraisal way.
