摘要
陋规问题在清代社会长期存在,虽久经革除,但却反而愈演愈烈。特别是到清代中后期,由于统治者政策失误等因素的作用,造成地方政府存在的陋规问题越积越多,越积越重,由量到质的变化过程极为明显。容县真武阁公园内现存的四块清代中后期禁革碑刻作为对这一时段地方政府陋规问题的完整记录,为我们提供了良好的参考研究资料。
Objectionable practice is a long-standing problem in Qing Dynasty. Though made repeated attempts to resolve, but to no avail. Especially in Mid-late of Qing Dynasty, owing to policy mistakes of monarch and other factors, more and more objectionable practices occurred. Four inscriptions in the Taoist Zhenwu Temple Park of Rongxian County recorded completely the objectionable practices of local government in the period. They provide sound reference data for our study.
