摘要 研究单、双脉冲MIG焊工艺对LD10CS高强铝合金焊接接头组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,单脉冲MIG焊时,焊缝成形较差,焊接变形量大;而双脉冲MIG焊时,焊缝表面呈现清晰的鱼鳞纹状、焊接变形明显减小。双脉冲MIG焊与单脉冲MIG焊相比,焊缝组织明显细化,焊接接头的力学性能得到提高。 The effects of single pulse and double pulse MIG welding process on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the weld joints in LD10CS high strength aluminum alloy are investigated.The results show that the appearance of weld is worse and the deformation is bigger in single pulse MIG welding process.The weht snrface appears distinct fish-scale patterns and the deformation decreasesobviously in double pulse MIG welding process.Comparing with single pulse MIG welding.the microstructure of double pulse MIG welding is refined and the mechanical property of wehled joint is improved.
