摘要
公共服务供给标准化,是以公众需求为中心,依据一系列适合的标准对公共服务供给的各环节进行规范。它不仅具有公共管理属性,同时也具有政治学含义——重申政府以公民为中心的准则。通过各个环节标准化的建设,公共服务供给标准化能够保障公众获得高质量公共服务,进而有效推动服务型政府的建设,因而它是服务型政府建构的重要途径。
The standardization of public service supply focuses on the needs of the public,which regulates the supply of pub-lic services according to a series of suitable standards. It not only has the attribute of public management,but also hasvery important political implication which can reiterate the government＇s citizen-centric criteria. Through all aspects of thestandardized construction,standardization of public service supply protects public to get higher quality public services,andthen effectively promote service-oriented government building,so it is an important way to construct the service-oriented gov-ernment.
