摘要
科技是农业发展和农民增收的根本动力,其中技术获取是实施农业技术创新的首要条件。针对当前农业技术获取障碍问题,本文将农民专业合作社纳入农业技术创新体系中,探讨了合作社技术获取的主要模式、影响因素和实现机制。课题组以35个科技型合作社为例,借助扎根理论,采用开放式编码、轴心式编码和选择式编码分别对资料进行分析和整理,提炼出合作社技术获取的主要模式。在此基础上,通过对案例合作社的具体分析,探讨合作社实施自主研发、合作研发、技术引进的影响因素及其实现机制,并进一步分析了合作社与传统企业在技术获取模式方面的区别。
The fundamental driving force for developing agriculture and increasing farmers' income is science and technology,and the prime condition for the implementation of agricultural technological innovation is technology acquisition.In order to address current obstacles to the acquisition,this study integrates farmer specialized cooperatives into agricultural technical innovation system,and discusses their technology acquisition modes,influencing factors and implementation mechanisms.Taking 35technology-oriented cooperatives as examples,this study generalizes the main cooperatives' technology acquisition modes by using open coding,axial coding and selective coding based on grounded theory.On this basis,through detailed analysis of case cooperatives,it discusses the influencing factors and implementation mechanisms of independent RD,cooperative RD and technology introduction.Lastly,it analyzes the differences in technology acquisition modes between cooperatives and traditional firms.
