摘要
目的:分析探讨口服坤泰胶囊联合应用纳米银抗菌水凝胶阴道给药治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收集自2013年4月-2014年3月于本院诊断为老年性阴道炎的患者100例,随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组口服坤泰胶囊联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶阴道给药,对照组口服甲硝唑结合雌激素软膏阴道给药。观察患者阴道炎症状的改善情况和不良反应,治疗前后对患者生殖道健康、临床效果及不良反应进行评分,对比临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为98%,显著高于对照组76%;治疗2个月后随访,试验组复发率为8%,显著低于对照组26%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎,可以达到良好的治疗效果,降低复发率和减少不良反应,安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective：To probe the efficacy in Kuntai capsule combined nano silver antimicrobial hydrogel treatment of senile vaginitis.Method：To collecte 100 patients who were diagnosed with senile vaginitis,and then divided into experimental group and control group randomly,the experimental group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined nano silver antimicrobial hydrogel vaginal,and the control group was treated with metronidazole conjugated estrogen vaginal cream.Comparative efficacy and adverse reactions was compared.Result：The total efficiency of the test group was 98%,76% in the control group;relapse rate after treatment of 2 months was 8% in the test group,and 26% in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kuntai capsule combined with nano silver antimicrobial hydrogel treatment of senile vaginitis can reduce the recurrence rate and reduce adverse reactions,safe,effective and worthy of promotion.
