摘要
人类进化早期的思维是建立在"心象——概念"基础上的"原逻辑"思维方式。汉语中的基本味觉词也经历了类似过程,也即"托物呈味"。普通味觉词辛(辣)类、涩等类味觉词并非只是单纯的味觉感受,有的甚至伴随着有触觉、痛觉等其它感受在内。从词源角度讲,汉语味觉词的产生凭借了事物的专有名称,具有一定的文化理据;汉语味觉词是一种典型的模糊词。
During early evolution the Human contains a kind of original logic thinking based on metal image - conception, so does in the crea- tion of Chinese basic taste word, namely "using particular thing to express flavor". Common taste words such as pungent (spicy) and puckery is not the taste sense alone but accompany with tactile, pain and other sensations. In etymology utilizing the proper name of the thing in emerging Chinese taste words makes these words contain a certain cultural motivation and typical ambiguity.
