中毒性表皮坏死松解症19例疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 中毒性表皮坏死松解症（toxic epidermal necrolysis，TEN）是一种严重罕见的急性皮肤黏膜疾病。主要表现为急性严重性皮肤黏膜的表皮坏死、剥脱，引起水、电解质紊乱，营养代谢功能降低，心肌、肝肾功能损害等诱发的严重并发症，病死率较高。我院烧伤整形科自2000年6月至2013年6月收治TEN患者19例，经过全身治疗、创面处理、特殊部位的治疗，取得满意效果，现回顾分析如下。
