摘要
本文针对石油化工装置的奥氏体不锈钢管道中弯头发生开裂的情况,分析了奥氏体不锈钢材料发生失效的原因,在此基础上,结合管道元件制造和工程施工质量控制,提出了有效的预防措施,避免管道发生开裂泄漏和提升管道运行安全。
This paper in view of cracking of the bend in a petrochemical plant of austenitic stainless steel pipe,analyzes the failure reason of austenitic stainless steel materials,on the basis of this,combining piping components manufacturing and engineering construction quality control,and puts forward the effective preventive measures to avoid pipeline crack and leakage and improve the safe operation of the pipeline.
