摘要
大学生村官是由组织部门选聘到农村基层任职的优秀大学毕业生。"一村一名大学生计划"是教育部推进的、由国家开放大学组织实施的大规模的农村高等职业教育项目。大学生村官与"一村一"项目结合,能为项目的实施提供技术方面的支持服务和保证,提升"一村一"的质量和规模,但这项工作本身的开展和可持续发展需要政府和社会提供一定条件保证。
College student village officials are the outstanding graduates who will be chosen to work as village officers by the organization departments. ＂ One village,one college student program＂ is a large- scale rural higher occupation education project which is promoted by the Ministry of education and organized and implemented by the state Open University. College student village officials＇ being involved in the implementation of ＂ one village,one college student program＂ can provide some technical support and guarantee for the service,and enhance the quality and scale of the project implementation,but its development and sustainable development requires the government and society provide a certain guarantee.
