摘要
我国新一轮的考试招生制度改革并未将体育纳入高考的考试科目,在学校体育领域引起了广泛争议。对推动体育进入高考科目的动因、障碍及突破点进行分析后提出:青少年体质健康由单纯的教育问题上升为社会问题以及教育法规、行政手段的乏力是推动"高考体育"的现实基础;现有"高考体育"方案主要从体质健康评价视角进行设计,一方面是与青少年体质健康问题的简单直接对应关系所致,另一方面是受测试的操作性要求所限,但从体质健康评价视角设计的"高考体育"方案存在体质健康促进效应的短期化、干扰高中体育课程标准的达成、类同《国家学生体质健康标准》测试活动等不足。为顺应国际、国内教育评价的总体趋势与要求,与体育课程标准保持内在一致性,促进学校体育目标的总体达成,当前需要从学科能力评价的视角对"高考体育"方案进行重新设计,其中应解决体育学科能力概念的澄清、界定、操作化设计、学段标准制定等关键环节问题。
The failure to include physical education in the college entrance examination during the new curriculum reform of the enrollment system has aroused widespread concern and brought controversy in the academic field.Based on the analysis of the motive,barrier and breakthrough of including physical education in the college entrance examination,the authors held that the health of young people in China was a social issue.The inclusion should be realized through educational regulations and governmental support.At present,it was necessary to redesign the college entrance examination program of physical education,to clarify the standard,to make it feasible and consistent with the standard for physical education curriculum and to meet the requirements for the international and national educational evaluation.
