摘要
圬工拱桥由于材料廉价,力学性能良好而在桥梁工程中应用广泛。尤溪清溪口大桥使用年限较长,为了检验桥梁结构现有技术状况,进行了外观检查及荷载试验研究。通过外观检查,对桥梁总体技术状况评定为5类;静载试验表明,挠度校验系数均小于1,但退载后部分测点的结构残余变形大于20%的限值要求;动载试验表明,实测标准荷载作用下车辆对桥梁的冲击系数为1.18—1.54,大于设计规范规定值1.0。路面平整度差造成了实测结构冲击系数较规范取值大。试验分析结果可供同类型桥梁参考使用。
Masonry arch bridge is commonly used in bridge engineering for its good mechanical properties and inexpen- sive materials. In order to inquire the current situation of the Qingxikou Bridge, Youxi, which is with long operation life, the appearance inspection and loading test were carried out. It is concluded from the appearance inspection that the overall technical condition of the bridge can be classified as Class 5. Static loading test results show that the deflec- tion calibration coefficient is less than 1, but too much residual deflection was observed and the value is larger than the limit of 20%. The dynamic loading test results indicate the impact coefficient of vehicle velocity is 1.18 to 1.54 and larger than the value of current design specifications under the measured standard load. The analysis shows the poor pavement roughness causes the impact coefficient too big. The test results can be set as a references for other similar bridges.
