摘要
在当前新型城镇化发展战略的大背景下,以中新天津生态城第一中学为例,借鉴价值工程理论,引入弹性价值系数概念,构建绿色建筑的价值工程综合评价模型。首先,构建绿色建筑的功能评价体系,综合利用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法对绿色建筑和传统建筑进行功能评价,计算增量功能系数。然后,以绿色建筑、传统建筑的总成本为依据,计算增量成本系数,而后计算弹性价值系数,根据弹性价值系数的大小对绿色建筑进行评价。
In the context of new -style urbanization development strategy, take SSTEC first secondary school as an exam- ple, base on value engineering theory, introduce incremental value coefficient, construct a value engineering compre- hensive evaluation model of green building. First, build green building evaluation system functions and use the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the function of green building and traditional ar- chitecture. Then calculate the incremental function coefficients. Next calculate the incremental cost factor based on the total cost of green building and traditional architecture. Then calculate the elasticity coefficient value. Evaluate green building according to incremental value of the coefficient.
