摘要
现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构中,竖向的柱子混凝土施工质量为控制重点。以某工程为背景,对柱子混凝土施工质量的控制从模板工程、钢筋工程和混凝土工程这三方面进行分析。重点讨论了柱子模板工程中的底层工作面和柱模板安装要求;钢筋工程中的柱中箍筋类型和梁柱节点钢筋安装要求以及受力钢筋的偏位;混凝土工程中的高处投料和由于泵送混凝土而引起的质量通病等。对引起的质量问题提出了相应的处理措施,分析结果供类似工程参考。
In the concrete frame structure of cast - in - place reinforced concrete, the construction quality of vertical col- umn concrete is the key point of control. Based on a project background, the construction quality of the column con- crete is analyzed from three aspects: template engineering, reinforced engineering and concrete engineering. The em- phasis is on the installation of the bottom working surface and the column template in the post template engineering; the type of stirrup of reinforcement engineering in column, the installation requirements of reinforcement of beam - column joints and the deviation of forced reinforcement; the common problems caused by the high feeding material and the quality of the concrete caused by the pumping of concrete in the concrete engineering. The caused quality problems are solved by the corresponding treatment measures, the analysis results just for reference of similar engineering.
