斜拉桥桩基长大钢筋笼整体吊装施工控制要点

摘要 半漂浮体系单索面独塔预应力钢筋混凝土曲线斜拉桥,其主桩基施工存在钢筋笼主间距要求高、钢筋笼起吊易变形等难点。为解决施工中的重难点,从单节钢筋笼长度的选定、钢筋笼的制作、钢筋笼掉电的确定、钢筋笼的补强加固以及钢筋笼起吊和场内水平运输等方面对施工质量进行全面控制。 There are many difficulties in construction of the main pile foundation of semi-floating prestressed reinforced concrete curved cable-stayed bridge with single tower and single plane, such as high requirement for main spacing among reinforcement cages and deformation of reinforcement cage during lifting, etc. To solve these construction difficulties, the construction qnality is controlled on the aspects of length selection of single reinforcement cage segment, fabrication of reinforcement cage, determination of reinforcement cage power failure, cage reinforcement, lifting and horizontal transportation, etc.
