摘要
通过分析CRH2型动车组用中间缓冲装置的结构与工作原理,提出了复式橡胶缓冲器参数的设计原则:复式缓冲装置中一侧缓冲器在受到压缩变形时,另一侧的缓冲器在预压缩力的作用下产生变形,并能充满由于立板移动而产生的空间;最大限度保证复式缓冲器零初始压力的特点,提升动车组车辆的运行舒适性。仿真分析和现车检测验证了中间车钩缓冲装置参数设计的合理性。
By analyzing the structure and working principle of CRH2 type motor car set installed with intermediate buffer de- vice, the design principle of compound rubber buffer parameters is proposed. Namely, when deformation occurs on the side buff- er of double buffer device under compression, deformation of the buffer on the other side in the pre-compression force will happen to fulfill the space caused by vertical plate movement. Thus, the intermediate coupler buffer device will guarantee the feature of double buffer zero initial pressure at maximum, enhance the mo- tor car set vehicles running comfort at the same time. The simu- lation analysis and car test has validated the rationality of the principle in intermediate coupler buffer device design.
