摘要
目的:探讨以团队为基础的教学(TBL)与多元考核相融合模式在医学生人文修养课程考核中应用效果。方法:在我校2013级护理专业(3年制)学生中随机选取2个班级试验班和对照班,试验班的考核中运行TBL与多元考核相融合的考核模式,对照班采用传统的理论答题方式考核。课程结束后,学生对课程进行评价、带教教师对学生进行评价。结果:试验班与对照班在课程的评价上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医学生人文修养课程考核运行TBL与多元考核相融合的考核模式有利于培养学生在实践中高效完成任务的技能,实现学生职业能力的自我构建,将团队协作灵活运用到临床实践。
Objective:Exploring team - based teaching (TBL) and multivariate assessment practice and applicationmodel in the cultivation course of medi-cal students′. Methods:Compared with the traditional evaluation methods. The medical students evaluated the curriculum. The teachers evaluate students. E-valuation test classes run TBL assessment and integration of multi - exam mode. Results:The test classes and control classes were significant differences (P 〈 0. 05)in the evaluation of the course. Conclusion:In the training of medical students′ curriculum and assessment run TBL assessment of the integration of diverse assessment model will help students practice skills to complete the task efficiently and achieve self - build students′ professional ability and im-prove team collaboration will utilize to clinical practice capabilities.
