摘要
[目的]为唇的选育工作提供参考。[方法]测量了31尾2龄唇的全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、头长(X4)、吻长(X5)、眼径(X6)、眼后头长(X7)、尾柄长(X8)、尾柄高(X9)、头高(X10)和体质量(Y)等11个形态学指标。运用相关分析、通径分析和回归分析的方法,确定影响2龄唇体质量的主要形态性状,并建立了估计体质量的最优回归方程。[结果]全长(X1)和体长(X2)是影响体质量(Y)的主要形态性状,其通径系数分别为-0.432 9和1.322 1,体长(X2)与体质量(Y)的相关系数最大(0.859 7);建立了体质量(Y)与全长(X1)和体长(X2)关系的回归方程:Y=-24.866 9-1.394 5X1+5.608 1X2。[结论]该回归方程可用于唇的种苗选育。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide references for the breeding of Hemibarbus labeo. [ Method ] 11 morphological characters of31 two-year-old Hemibarbus labeo were measured, including total length ( X1 ) , body length ( X2 ), body height ( X3 ) , head length ( X4 ), snoutlength(X5 ),eye diameter(X6 ),head length behind eye(X7 ), caudal peduncle length (Xa ),caudal peduncle depth (X9 ),head depth( X10 ) andbody weight (Y). Using correlation analysis, path analysis and regression analysis, main morphological characters that influenced the body weight oftwo-year-old H. labeo were confirmed. And the optimum regression equation for estimating the body weight was established. [ Result ] The totallength(X1 ) and body length (X2 ) were main morphological characters that influenced the body weight, and their path coefficients were -0.432 9and 1. 322 1 respectively. The correlation coefficient between body length (X1) and body weight (Y) was the maximum (0. 8597 ). The multiple re-gression equation between body weight (Y) and total length(X1 ) and body length (X2 ) was established as Y = - 24. 866 9 - 1. 394 5X1 + 5.608 1X2. [ Conclusion] The multiple regression equation could be used for the seedling breeding of H. labeo.
