摘要
目的北辰区近五年职业病发病了解并掌握情况并进行分析,以指导北辰区的职业病防治工作科学发展。方法通过国家职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统(以下简称监测系统)进行查询。根据监测系统掌握的报告病例资料,结合近年来开展的辖区企业基本情况调查资料对职业病的发病情况进行统计分析。结果近五年北辰区职业病的发病率有所上升,各类职业病中尘肺病是北辰区最主要病种。其他如职业中毒、噪声聋等病种发病率亦成上升趋势。结论近五年北辰区经济快速发展,但职业卫生工作从重视程度到各方面投入,均不能满足社会需要。应当以北辰区职业病防治规划为指导,加大力度,有针对性地对北辰区企业存在的职业危害进行科学防控,以保护广大职工的身体健康。
Objective To understand and master the Belchen district were analyzed nearly ~ years otoccu- patton disease incidence and, to direct the development of a scientific occupationdisease prevention and control work. Methods Through the national occupational disease and occupational health monitoring infor- mation system （hereinafter referred to as the monitoring system） query. By monitoring the system master case report data, combining with the investigation of the basic situation in recent years to carry out the enterprise occupational disease incidencearea to carry on the statistical analysis.Results In recent 5 years, the inci- dence of occupational diseases in Beichen area has increased, all kinds of occupational pneumoconiosis is the main disease in our region.Other such as occupational poisoning, noise induced deafness disease inci- dence rate also rise. Conclusions In recent 5 years, although the rapid development of our region, but theoccupation health work from the degree of attention to all aspects of investment, can notmeet the needs of society. It should be in my area occupation disease prevention plan guidance, increase strength, have scien- tific prevention and control for the existence ofour enterprise zone of occupation hazards, to protect the work- ers health.
