摘要
目的采用双日期检查器械法应用于手术室,杜绝手术器械包未用即过期、反复高压消毒增加器械耗损的问题。方法改封闭式器械柜为开放式器械架,每层贴醒目标签,器械摆放按到期日期由近及远,设置今日到期器械与明日到期器械放置处,每包器械查两次。结果从根本上杜绝了手术器械包过期现象的发生,同时减少了过期器械发生率,加快周转,减轻消毒供应中心工作量,提高工作效率。结论双日期检查器械法应用于临床,杜绝了过期器械产生,提高了工作效率,应用临床,效果满意。

Re- suits fundamentally put an end to the operation instrument set expiration phenomenon, at the same time re- duces the incidence, expired equipment to speed up the turnover of sterilization and supply center, reduce workload, improve work efficiency. Conclusions The double date checking instrument for clinical applica- tion, to eliminate the expired instruments produce, improve work efficiency, clinical application, the effect is satisfied.
