摘要
本试验采用三种不同的培养液(有机肥浸出液、植物浸出液和酵母液)培养大型溞;比较大型溞在不同盐度下的生长指标,筛选出适宜大型溞生长的盐度。结果表明,有机肥浸出液培养大型溞效果优于植物浸出液与酵母液的培养效果,获得不同培养液培养下大型溞体长、体宽随时间增长的回归方程,明确了大型溞产仔间隔、产仔量及寿命。大型溞可作为新疆土著鱼类苗种培育过程中的基础饵料,为新疆渔业发展奠定基础。
There were three different liquid media( organic fertilizer extract,plant extract and yeast extract) were used in this study to culture Daphnia( Daphnia magna Straus). Daphnia were cultured in different salinities and selected the appropriate salinity for growth. The results showed that the organic fertilizer extract was the highest effective to the growth of Daphnia,following by plant extract and yeast extract. Herein,the regression equation of body length and body width over time,the farrowing interval,the fecundity and the lifetime of Daphnia cultured in different culture media was obtained. Daphnia magna may be important fish bait in rearing fry fish in Xinjiang which plays role in the development of Xinjiang aquaculture industry.
