摘要
通过对江苏省高校体育院系体育职业资格培训工作进行分析,发现各高校体育院系有以下工作策略:加强宣传引导,提高对体育行业职业资格培训鉴定认识;强化日常培训管理,努力保障体育职鉴培训工作;积极探索实践"双证并重、教学融通、标准衔接"的人才培养模式;对接市场,逐步推进专业课程教学与职鉴标准的高度融通。
Through the analysis of the vocational qualification training work of sports departments of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province,the following strategies are concluded： the university sports departments should strengthen the propaganda guidance,improve the understanding of sports industry professional qualification training appraisal,strengthen the management of daily training and efforts to ensure sports job guide training work,explore the talent training mode of ＂Double certificate and a best practice,teaching facilities,standard＂; dock the market,and gradually promote the height of the accommodation of professional course teaching and the post evaluation standard.
