水上飞机与船舶的港口异质交通流建模 被引量:4

摘要 为有效组织水上飞机与船舶共存的港口的交通,降低碰撞风险,提高通航效率,对交通流进行建模。根据水上飞机的操纵特性和营运特征,分析其与普通船舶交通流的差异,确定两者构成港口异质交通流。应用元胞传输模型构建交通流模型。将水上飞机起降事件的交通恢复时间作为交通组织效果的表征量,分别对船舶交通流、港口异质交通流及交通组织下的港口异质交通流进行建模。通过模型敏感度分析,确定元胞内的船舶通行能力为最敏感因素。将该模型实际应用于三亚港,结果表明:港口异质交通流模型对优化港口交通组织具有指导意义。 In order to effectively organize the port traffic with both seaplane and general ships involved, a simulation method for the traffic flow is studied to decrease the collision risk and increase traffic efficiency. According to the navigational and operational characteristics of seaplanes, the differences of seaplane traffic flow from general ships are analyzed. Cell Transmission Model is adopted for the modeling in this study. With the aim of gaining high efficiency of port traffic, the traffic recovery time after seaplane taking off or landing is determined as the characterization indicator of the traffic organiza- tion effectiveness. The simulation models are developed for ship traffic flow, the heterogeneous port traffic flow, and the heterogeneous port traffic flow under organization, respectively. Through a sensitivity analysis of the developed model, the parameter of ship capacity in one cell is determined as the most sensitive one, which needs to be accurately predicted for a reliable simulation result. Finally, the developed models are applied in Port of Sanya. The analysis and application results prove that the developed simulation model has theoretical and practical significance in the optimization of port traffic organization.
