摘要
目前高校附属动物医院的建设己较为成熟,运行模式亦是多种多样,但因缺少行业规范,在动物医院的运行管理过程中就会遇到这样那样的问题。扬州大学兽医专业在全国高校兽医专业排名中名列第4,新建的附属动物医院诊疗环境及硬件设施属全国一流。笔者在动物医院的运行管理中亦遇到过很多问题,在问题的有效化解及不断推进动物医院的规范化服务进程等方面的经验可供同行借鉴。
Construction of university affiliated animal hospital currently has more mature, the operation mode is also varied, but the lack of industry standards, many of problems will be encountered in the process of animal hospital operation and management. Yangzhou University veterinary profession in the country ranked fourth among colleges and universities, clinic environment and hardware facilities of the new affiliated animal hospital are national first-class, we also encountered many of problems in the process of animal hospital operation and management, problems effectively resolved and constantly promote the standardization of the animal hospital service process, experience which may serve as a reference for peers.
