摘要
目的探讨接触噪声工人听觉脑干反应(ABR)与纯音测听(PTA)听阈相关性。方法对81例职业接噪工人进行PTA和ABR检查,结果用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析。结果 1500、1 000、2 000、6 000 Hz的听阈差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2两者听阈差值百分比分析,2 000、3 000、4 000 Hz差值<10 d B的占40%以上;3两者听阈相关性分析,4 000、6 000 Hz两者相关性较好,500、1 000、2 000、3 000 Hz相关性均较差。结论 ABR听阈能真实有效反映3 000、4 000 Hz PTA听阈,ABR听阈不能代表500、1 000、2 000、6 000 Hz频段的PTA听阈。
[Objective]To investigate correlation between auditory brainstem response(ABR) and pure tone audiometry(PTA) in noise-exposed workers.[Methods]81 occupational noise-exposed workers received the examinations of PTA and ABR, and the results were analyzed with SPSS13.0 software.[Results]1 There were statistically significant differences in 500 Hz, 1 000 Hz,2 000 Hz, 6 000 Hz between ABR and PTA(all P〈0.05). 2In 2 000 Hz, 3 000 Hz and 4 000 Hz, the difference value of ABR and PTA threshold less than 10 d B accounted for over 40%. 3The correlation analysis results showed that there were good corr elations between ABR and PTA in 4 000 Hz and 6 000 Hz, while the correlations in 500 Hz, 1 000 Hz, 2 000 Hz and 3 000 Hz were not good.[Conclusion]ABR threshold can effectively reflect the real PTA auditory threshold in 3 000 Hz and 4 000 Hz, while ABR threshold does not represent the PTA auditory threshold in frequency ranges of 500 Hz, 1 000 Hz, 2 000 Hz and 3 000 Hz.
