2013年石家庄市5家三甲医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平与健康状况的调查 被引量:13

Investigation on individual dose level and health status of radiation workers in 5 third-level grade-A hospitals of Shijiazhuang City in 2013

摘要 目的通过分析石家庄辖区内三甲医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平与职业健康检查结果,为河北省放射卫生防护与监督管理工作提供科学依据。方法采用GBZ 207-2008《外照射个人剂量系统性能检验规范》、GB 18871-2002《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》中的方法,对石家庄市内5家三甲医院的放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测和职业健康检查。结果从事不同岗位的放射工作人员的人均年剂量当量范围为0.83~1.50 m Sv/a,其中普通诊断X射线放射工作人员为0.96 m Sv/a,介入放射工作人员为1.50 m Sv/a,核医学放射工作人员为1.06 m Sv/a,放射治疗工作人员为0.83 m Sv/a。将从事不同岗位的放射工作人员检查结果异常率与年人均有效剂量进行相关性分析,结果显示,检查异常率与相应的年人均有效剂量相关性差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论石家庄市5家三甲医院的放射防护与卫生监管工作较好,采取的有效防护措施能降低工作人员的受照剂量。 [Objective]To analyze the individual dose level and occupational health examination results of radiation workers in third-level grade-A hospitals of Shijiazhuang City, provide a scientific basis for radiological protection and management in Hebei Province.[Methods]According to the methods of the Testing criteria of personnel dosimetry performance(GBZ 207-2008), the Basic standards for protection against ionizing radiation and for the safety of radiation sources(GBZ 128-2002) and the Specifications of individual monitoring for occupational external exposure(GBZ 128-2002), the individual dose monitoring and occupational health examination were performed among radiation workers in 5 third-level grade-A hospitals of Shijiazhuang City.[Results]The average annual dose equivalents of radiation workers in different posts were between 0.83 m Sv/a and 1.50 m Sv/a,while the dose equivalent of general diagnostic X-ray radiology staff, interventional radiology staff, nuclear medicine radiology staff and radiation therapy staff was 0.96 m Sv/a, 1.50 m Sv/a, 1.06 m Sv/a and 0.83 m Sv/a, respectively. There was no statistically significant correlation between the rate of abnormal physical examination results and the annual per capita effective dose among radiation workers in different posts(P 〉0.05).[Conclusion]The radiological protection and health management in 5 third-level grade-A hospitals of Shijiazhuang City are satisfactory, and the effective protective measures can reduce the radiation dose of exposure workers.
