摘要
为研究强冲击倾向性特厚煤层底煤处理技术,避免留有底煤区域发生底板冲击,结合特厚煤层掘进期间底煤实际情况,建立底板受力模型进行分析研究,得出了底板受力计算公式,并由模型研究得出模巷道底角附近应力相对较大。为采取合理底煤处理措施提供了理论依据。采用大直径卸压钻孔与底煤爆破卸压耦合处理措施对不同厚度环境下的底煤进行分类处理,取得了良好效果,并为下一步同类巷道掘进期间底板冲击防治工作提供了借鉴意义。
In order to study the floor processing technology of thick seam with the strong impact tendency, to avoid the impact in left bottom coal region, combined with the excavation of thick coal seam bottom coal during the actual situation, established the floor mechanism model, gotten the stress calculation formula, calculating result shows the stress in the bottom comer of roadway is relatively large, which provide a theoretical basis for taking reasonable bottom coal measures, using the coupling treatment measures that combined the pressure relief hole with large diameter with the floor blasting pressure releasing to classify ground coal with different thickness under the environment, achieved good results, which provided a reference for the next period and similar roadway floor impact prevention work.
