摘要
目的观察健脾益肾排毒方对慢性肾脏病(CKD)4期患者的临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法选取CKD4期患者80例,随机分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组采用综合治疗方案(饮食营养、控制血压、护肾、减少尿蛋白、纠正贫血、改善钙磷代谢紊乱、调节酸碱水电解质代谢平衡等),观察组在对照组治疗基础上予健脾益肾排毒方,疗程8周。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)及治疗前后生存质量的改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率、生存质量各项指标的改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Hb与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Scr与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾排毒方可提高临床疗效,提高Hb水平,延缓肾功能减退的速度,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective To observe the effects of Jianpi Yishen Paidu prescriptions on clinical efficacy and the quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) in 4 period. Methods 80 patients with CKD4 were randomly divided into the control group(n =40) and the observation group(n =40). The control group are given the comprehensive treatment(nutritious diet, control the pressure of blood, protect the kidney, reducing urinary protein, correction anemia, improve the disorders of calcium phosphorus metabolism, adjust the balance between acid and alkali, and the metabolic of water and electrolyte), while the observation group was given Jianpi Yishen P2 aidu prescriptions based on the comprehensive treatment,the course was for 8 weeks. The clinical effects, including blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), hemoglobin(Hb)and the improvement of the quality of life before and after the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate, the indicators of quality of life and Hb in treatment group patients were superior to the control group, differences are statistically significant(P0.05); Hb in observation group patients was statistically significant(P0.05); The differences of Scr before and after treatment were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Paidu prescriptions can improve the clinical curative effects, increase the level of Hb, reduce the aging rate of renal function, and improve the quality of life.
