摘要
目的探讨处方点评制度对促进我院门诊抗菌药物合理使用的效果。方法抽取我院2013年4-6月门诊抗菌药物处方17 183张,作为干预前的研究资料,按照相关规定进行处方点评,并根据存在问题给予相应的干预措施;另抽取2014年4-6月门诊抗菌药物处方10 958张,作为干预后的研究资料,同样进行处方点评并将结果进行统计分析。结果干预后,抗菌药物使用率较干预前降低,从36.7%下降到21.6%,处方不合格率明显下降,从23.3%下降到5.7%。结论经过处方点评等干预措施,抗菌药物的合理使用得到明显改善。
Objective To explore the effect of prescription comment system on promoting rational drug usage of antibacterial agents in outpatient clinics in our hospital. Methods From April to June in 2013,17 183 prescriptions of antibacterial agents used in outpatient clinics in our hospital were selected as research data before intervention.According to relevant regulations,prescriptions were reviewed and the corresponding intervention measures were provided based on existed problems.Meanwhile,10 958 prescriptions from April to June in 2014 were also selected as research data after intervention,these prescriptions were also reviewed.The outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results After intervention,usage rate of antibacterial agents decreased compared with that before intervention from 36.7% to 21.6%.Unqualified rate of prescriptions greatly decreased from 23.3% to 5.7% after intervention. Conclusion By intervention measure of prescriptions commenting,rational usage of antibacterial agents is greatly improved.
