摘要
为了解决公路工程变更价格的问题,通过采用计日法、实物测量法等进行工程单价变更,不仅能使合同双方达到满意的结果,同时也符合国家规定的法律法规条文。本中结合具体的工程管理案例,就几种常用的工程变更确定价格方法进行论述,并指出采用不同方法应注意问题,对实际公路工程中遇到类似问题有较大的参考价值。
The day method and object measure method are adopted to determine the project cost for changes.The methods can not only achieve the satisfaction from contract parties,but also can confirm to the legal provisions in China.In this paper,combined with the author＇s experience in project management,several common methods to determine the price of engineering changes are talk about,and the attentive problems in adopting different methods are pointed out,which provides reference for the road projects.
