摘要
讨论了经济新常态下新兴煤炭资源型城市的转型发展问题。以实地调研、文献查阅和数据分析等方法,对新兴煤炭资源型城市的发展特征和面临挑战进行分析研究,反映出新兴煤炭资源型城市产业结构单一、生态破坏严重、城乡矛盾突出、技术创新等不足,面临更为严峻的发展理念转变、产业优化升级、新型城镇化发展和科技创新压力。提出了建立多元化的产业体系、提升产业品质和综合竞争力、更加注重生态本底保护建设,以新型城镇化和科技创新作为经济增长的重要动力之源。
To make transformation development of the new resources-based cities in economic new normality,based on the field research,literature review and data analysis,the development characteristics and challenges of the new resources-based cities were investigated. The industrial structure of new coal resource-based cities is single,and its ecological damage is serious. The contradiction between urban and rural areas is prominent and technology innovation is insufficient. Meanwhile,they are facing more serious difficulties in development concept transformation,industrial upgrading,new type of urbanization and science and technology innovation pressure. Establishing a diversified industrial system,improving the quality of industry and comprehensive competitiveness,paying more attention to the construction of ecological background protection,making the new urbanization and the source of scientific and technological innovation as an important motivation of economic growth are most important for the new coal resource-based cities.
