摘要
民办本科院校向应用技术型性院校转型发展职业教育,是社会经济发展转型的迫切要求,也是民办本科院校办学实际决定的,政府部门也做了相应的制度安排和部署。转型中面临着缺乏应用技术型人才培养的顶层设计;"双师型"教师不足;产学研合作教育不深入,特色不突出,与地方产业结构发展需求匹配不够等问题。为此,民办本科院校要完善法人治理结构,推进现代大学治理体系建设;优化专业结构布局,突出特色专业建设;深化教育教学改革,加强教师队伍建设,推进产教融合校企合作,提高应用型人才培养质量,推进民办本科院校顺利转型发展职业教育。
It is urgent requirement of economic development of the society to realize the transformation from application -oriented college to vocational education in private universities, which is also determined by the actual running conditions of private universities, government has also made corresponding institutional arrangements. The transformation is faced with a lack of top design training for applied technological talents and a lack of double qualified teachers; cooperative education of producing, learning and researching is not deep enough; features are not prominent, and it does not match the local industrial structure needs. For this reason, private colleges must improve the corporate governance structure, and promote the construction of modem university system of governance, optimizing the structure and layout and highlighting the Specialty Construction. It also needs to deepen the reform of education and strengthen the construction of teachers to promote the integration of production and education of school - enterprise cooperation, and to improve the training quality of application -oriented talents so as to promote a smooth transformation of private colleges.
