摘要
目的:通过心理干预提高患有牙科焦虑青少年在正畸术中的合作度。方法:通过对2010年1月~2013年12月期间70位在我院行正畸术的青少年(年龄12~16岁)进行牙科焦虑量表评估,根据评估结果进行分组,对2组进行合作度评分。对患有焦虑症进行心理干预后再次评估合作度,并对患有焦虑症者组心理干预前、后合作度评分统计学分析。结果:70位青少年依据牙科焦虑量表进行评分,分值在4~20分之间,分值≥11分者,合作度平均值8.56,进行心理干预后合作度平均分值为6.25,心理干预前后进行方差分析,P<0.05。结论:心理干预治疗后患者的焦虑度明显缓解,合作度有明显提高。
Objective:To improve the dentalanxiety in adolescents in orthodontic intraoperative cooperation degree.Methods:Based on the 2010.1-2013.12 70 in our hospital during the period of orthodonticsurgery adolescents ( aged 12-16 years) of dental anxiety scale assessment, grouped according to the evaluation results, of the two groups were cooperation score.For those who suffer from anxiety and psychological intervention after the reevaluation of cooperation, and to suffer from anxiety group before intervention, after the coopera-tion score statistics analysis.Results:70 teenagers on the basis of dental anxiety scale score, score 4-20 points in between, the score was greater than or equal to 11 points, the average of the 8.56 cooperation, cooperation degree of psychological intervention of the average score was 6.25, variance analysisbefore and after psychological intervention, P 〈0.05.Conclusion: the psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with anxiety after the apparent ease,cooperation degree might be improved obviously.
