摘要
本文从全民健身公共服务体系、竞技体育核心竞争力、体育产业发展和体育赛事影响力和引领作用等方面回顾了上海体育在"十二五"期间的发展,并总结了体育产品的有效供给不足等三大问题;分析"十三五"期间的上海体育发展环境和阶段特征,阐述体育发展的内、外部环境,挑战和机遇,以及体育发展面临的阶段性特征。最后提出"十三五"期间的发展定位、目标和基本思路。
The paper looks back to the sports development of Shanghai in the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan from the aspects of mass fitness public service system, athletics core competitiveness, sport industry development and the Influence and leading role of sports events. It discusses the three problems such as the insufficiency of effective supply of sport products and analyzes the circumstances and periodical characteristics of the sports development in Shanghai in the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan. It narrates the internal and external environment, challenge and opportunity for the development of sports and the periodical characteristics the development is facing. Finally, the paper suggests the orientation, target and basic idea of the developmant in the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan
