摘要
泰州市农民专业合作社正以每年18%的年增长率迅速发展,但在发展过程中存在的主要问题是:农民文化程度低,合作社管理不规范;合作社成立时间短,规模效应未显现;政府支持不到位,财政困难阻发展;抗风险能力低,市场竞争力弱。泰州市应积极促进农民专业合作社规范化建设,加大政策支持力度,规范审批程序,壮大主导产业,培育优秀带头人,应推进农民专业合作社又好又快发展。
In Taizhou, farmers＇ professional cooperatives is developing rapidly by 18% a year. However, in the development process, there are also some problems. Educational degree of the farmers is low, resulting in poor management of the cooperatives. Size effect does not e- merge as the operation of cooperatives is not long. Financial difficulties block the further development as the government support is not in position. Risk resistance capacity and market competitiveness of the cooperatives are weak. Therefore, Taizhou should actively promote the standardization construction of specialized cooperatives, increase policy support, normalize the examination and approval procedures, strengthen the leading industries, and cultivate excellent leaders.
