摘要
[目的]为了研究花铃期干旱胁迫对棉花叶片光合参数指标的影响。[方法]以4份不同类型棉花品种为试验材料,在人工模拟干旱棚内进行花铃期干旱胁迫,研究棉花叶片叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和净光合速率等光合性状的变化。[结果]花铃期干旱胁迫使棉花叶片叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和净光合速率均降低,但不同品种下降幅度不同,抗旱性强棉花品种的叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率降幅较大,而叶绿素含量和净光合速率降幅较小。[结论]该研究可为抗旱种质资源鉴定和抗旱育种提供理论依据和技术参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of drought stress on the photosynthetic indexes of cotton varieties in flowering and boll-forming stages. [Method] Four cotton varieties with different characters were used as tested materials. Changes in chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate were researched under drought stress and irrigation conditions in flowering and boll-forming stages. [Result] Chlorophyll cottent,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate decreased in drought stress treatment. There were different declines of photosynthetic characteristics on four cotton varieties. The stomatal conductance and transportation rate of different varieties with higher drought resistance decreased significantly,while the declines of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate were lower. [Conclusion] This study can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the identification of drought resistant germplasm and breeding drought resistance cotton.
