摘要
研究生全面实施自费上学后,高校研究生资助体系需要进一步加强和完善,以缓解因政策变化带来的社会矛盾。本文在梳理我国研究生资助体系发展历程,分析存在问题的基础上,以江苏省部分高校研究生为调查对象分析了研究生资助体系现状,发现了存在的问题,提出了优化研究生资助体系的对策建议。
After the full implementation of postgraduate at their own expense, the postgraduate assistantship system in university needs to be further strengthened and improved to ease the social conflicts because of policy changes. On the basis of sorting out the development process of postgraduate assistantship system in China and analyzing the problems, this paper analyzes the current situation of postgraduate assistantship system by taking the postgraduates in part of Jiangsu universities as the investigation subject, discovers the problems, and proposes the optimization suggestions for postgraduate assistantship system.
