通过对两种标准铣刀的结构进行改进设计,组合成为新型可调试阶梯组合铣刀,用于矿用U型螺栓的加工,实现了一次装夹完成多道工序,大幅提高生产效率,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。
Through improving the design of the structure of two standard cutter, the new rest multistep cutter block is carried out to process U bolt. The technologies of many clamping processes are completed for once is achieved. It greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity and production cost.
