摘要
外部劳务队伍组织化管理对施工企业的稳定发展具有重要作用。通过实地调研,针对项目部外部劳务队伍组织化管理现状和存在的问题进行重点分析,并提出创新劳务队伍管理机制,建立责任追究机制以及完善劳务企业考核体系等对策,以期为施工企业进行外部劳务队伍管理提供思路。
Organization management of external labor team plays a considerably important role in construction enterprises' stable development. Through the results of field survey, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the organization management of external labor team. Then, puts forward targeted countermeasures, includes innovating the management mechanism of labor team, establishing accountability mechanism and improving the evaluation system of labor enterprise and so on, in order to offer management ideas for construction enterprises.
