摘要
小微企业对我国国民经济和社会的发展有着举足轻重的作用,然而小微企业的发展却是夹在全球日益凸现的品牌大势下进行的,世界500强企业的GDP业占到全球的一半左右,因而小微企业的发展必须另辟蹊径,实施差异化经营。很多小微企业在市场发展中由于没有实施好差异化经营策略,导致企业在市场中找不准定位,找不到生存空间,以致举步维艰。故此,对小微企业的差异化经营策略展开分析,对于提升其市场核心竞争力有着十分重要的现实意义。
Small firms play a great important role in the social and economic development of our country. However, they survive under the growing global trend of brand. Nowadays, the top 500 companies' total value accounts for nearly half of the GDP. Therefore, small firms have to explore new ways of development in order to compete with the brand companies. Because of their lacking differentiating management strategies in the market competition, many small firms cannot well position themselves to compete with the brand companies and have to struggle for survival. This paper analyzes the small firms' differentiating management strategies in order to improve their core competiveness, which has important practical implications.
