基于模糊神经网络骨素pH值软测量

摘要 针对明胶中和工序骨素人工检测pH值严重滞后的问题,提出了模糊神经网络pH值软测量方法。确定与骨素pH值最相关影响因素,结合模糊C均值聚类和BP算法对模型结构及参数辨识,在matlab环境下进行仿真,仿真结果表明,模糊神经网络模型具有很好的学习能力和泛化能力,能大大提高测量的精度,可实现在线检测骨素pH。 Manual the gelatin and processes osteoprotegerin detection the pH of serious lag problem, fuzzy neural network methods of measurement of the pH of soft. Determine the pH of osteoprotegerin most relevant influencing factors, combined with the fuzzy C-means clustering and BP algorithm of the model structure and parameters identification simulation in Matlab environment,the simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network model has good ability to learn and pan capabilities can greatly improve the accuracy of the measurement, online testing osteoprotegerin pH.
