摘要
目的探讨高血压患者心理、饮食护理方案。方法统计分析2011年3月至2014年10月来我院进行体检确诊为高血压的患者80例的临床资料。结果研究组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分及总分均显著高于对照组人员(P<0.05);护理后研究组患者SCL-90量表总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应给予高血压患者有效的心理、饮食护理。
Objective To investigate the psychological, dietary care programs of psychological sub-health of patients with hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients diagnosed with hypertension undergo- ing medical examination in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The depression and anxiety scores and total scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0. 05） ; After nursing SCL-90 total score study group patients were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical should give the patients with hypertensive effective clinical psychology, dietary care programs.
